1. 我觉得画画非常轻松。
I find it very easy to draw pictures.

2. 他们发现他被刀刺伤了。
They found him wounded by a knife.

3. 当我们到达时我发现他们在山脚下。
When we(I?) arrived, I found them at the foot of the moutain/hill.

4. 发现他在屋里死了。
The police found him dead in/inside the/his house.
